Madre is a certified artisanal product from Mexico, hand-made by mezcaleros in open-air palenques located in the hills of Oaxaca. Drawing its character from the local water, airborn yeast, minerals within the earthen oven used to roast the agave, and the flavors of the agave itself, Madre reflects the essence of the Earth in its purest form.
